In 2015, after 30 years of transient

                                                      Army living, Mark & Jeanne Martinez      

                                                      settled in Lowemont, Kansas where

                                                      they established the Yellow-House Farm.  

                                                      It is here they set roots and created a

home where their daughters (Christy, Carmen & Jennifer) and their families

could come and enjoy each other’s company.  

The Yellow-House Farm is the only farm in northeast Kansas that produces fuzzy-trapezoid hay bales, providing livestock lovers with an alternative to the small square hay bale.   This is due in part because Mark has a very old baler and can never get it adjusted correctly.
